Since 2018, the train at the “Culture Station” is headed toward the weekend. In the transit compartment, the doors open for electronic music, interspersed with live metal and rap concerts. On two and a half storeys made of wood, concrete and clinker, everyday life gets pushed aside and the diverse audience is given a breeding ground for diversity, counterculture and joy of the senses. Plus, a fine bar cast in concrete with an espresso machine and some of our own creations on display.

Outside of the old station building, transit is involved in a variety of cultural projects. Be it in the planning of events like Boiler Room x Kosmos – where the Syrian singer Omar Souleyman was on stage next to the Love Parade founder Dr. Motte –, or the transformation of the most beautiful tunnel in the city into a long purple caterpillar. The transit stands for authentic productions that generate ideas and places for a better tomorrow.
